Dwayne Douglas

Dwayne Doug Johnson (also known also as The Rock) was born in Hayward on May 2nd, 1972. Ata Johnson, who was born Feagaimaleata Fitisemanu Maivia is his mother. Professional wrestler Rocky Johnson was his father (born Wayde Doug Bowles). He is the child of Ata Johnson (born Feagaimaleata Maivia) and Rocky Johnson (born Wayde Douglas Bowles). His mother is from Amherst in Nova Scotia, Canada is dark. His father too is black. Dwayne was a frequent visitor to the ring and spent lots of time with his family and observed his father wrestling at the ring, as growing up. Dwayne began playing football at high school. Then, he was awarded an award to the University of Miami and had great success as a player. Dwayne had a back injury during 1995 that ended his spot as a player in the NFL.
